Returning from my cruse last month I found that I was amazed at the entire experience of going on a Thomson cruise. From start through finishing I found the whole experience pleasurable, even the booking process with Cruise Direct was a doddle, which I can’t thank them enough for.
How long was the Cruise?
The cruise itself lasted 7 nights and took us to the east on a wonderful Thomson cruise, it was a round trip from Cyprus, visiting Turkey, stopping at Egypt and Ashdod and then returning back to Cyprus.
Stopping at Ashdod gave me the opportunity along with my family to visit Jerusalem and Bethlehem and see some of the most amazing sights imaginable.
I ended up with a State-room…
I also found out when booking that I get a free upgrade for everyone to outside view stateroom which meant that we all had a window to watch the ocean from the comfort of indoors, not that it wasn’t hot enough outside! Furthermore there was a discount altogether as we booked as a group and in plenty of time before the Thomson cruise – saving a fair amount of money that we could use on the ship itself in the vast selection of bars and restaurants, casinos and cinemas, spas and health clubs and practically anything else you could think of that is back home but on a ship this is all on your doorstep.
I wouldn’t hesitate again to travel with Thomson cruises, especially on this particular ship.
Would like to thank Thomson Cruises and of course Cruise Direct for helping to make the whole trip as enjoyable as possible with minimum effort required, they even sorted out and arranged the flights, Thanks!
